Harasha

Harasha

Harasha was settled 22 years ago. Harasha is a community with active everyday life, full of Torah study and creativity.
This good mountiain is located in West Binyamin in the Dolev-Talmonim Block. The mountain is 770 meters high and overlooks a spectacular panoramic view of the whole Israeli coastal plain, from Hadera to Ashkelon.

Security components for Harasha

On Shabbat, we left our families and went to protect our homes.
We promised our families and ourselves that we will do everything we can to prevent what happened near Gaza from ever happening again.
Our community is on the front line, buffering the neighboring Jewish settlements from Ramallah and other hostile Arab villages.
We have established a steadfast security system that is contending with daily provocations from our enemies, and we are in the process of purchasing combat equipment.
Combat equipment is extremely expensive:
8000 NIS – Emergency medical equipment.
7500 NIS – Personal combat equipment for each member of the unit.
35,000 NIS – Work to clear vegetation that could pose a risk and to repair roads around the settlement (crucial).
3000 NIS – Satellite communication to maintain contact with people outside of the settlement in case of an emergency.
1500 NIS – Optical gun sights for fast and effective response.
40,000 NIS – An off-road vehicle to transport soldiers rapidly from one point to another, and to provide full peripheral defense for the community.
There is an option to rent such a vehicle for two months, at a cost of approx. 10,000 NIS including operation and maintenance.
There are many other security needs that we must meet.
All Jews are responsible for each other! Please be part of our crucial defense efforts.

harasha mikvah

Twenty years ago, a Mikvah was built in Harasha, this Mikvah is known for its unique qualities since the Rav Eliyahu A”H blessed the Mikvah during its dedication.

Since then many women have been blessed after using the Harasha Mikvah.

Over the years the Mikvah has gotten old, and the time has come to change the old with the new, “This is my God, and I will praise him”.

We are requesting your assistance in donating, each as he sees fit, so the residents of Harasha and the area (many come from far to be blessed) will enjoy a warm, inviting and nice Mikvah.

There is no doubt that this donation will be a Zechut for you.

With blessings, the Harasha Rabbi and the whole Harasha family
